Deleted Some Dead or Dying blog links

不是不尊重我那些朋友和他们的博客，而是要对得起那些点链接的朋友。我不希望我推荐的博客，给别人点过去之后，是死气沉沉的。

对于已死的和半死不活的博客，我删除了链接。如果发现还有一口气，会立马恢复。
